What options does Jewel Case have to make your box completely custom?
Jewel Case offers a wide variety of US-manufactured steel hinged boxes, starting out as small as 1 ½” x 1 ¾” x 1” and going up to 14” x 7” x 3”. Once you choose the size box you are looking for you would work directly with one of our Customer Service/Sales associates to make sure the box is designed specifically for your needs, with each part of the box being selected by you the customer.
We would start with the exterior of the box, choosing the material it is wrapped in and the color of that chosen material. From there, we would add on any other needed components to the exterior of the box such as hot stamping/embossing, metal clasps to latch the box closed, silver or gold-colored trim, and anything else that may be needed for your specific project.
Once the exterior of the box is designed to your satisfaction, we could move on to the interior of the box. The interior of the box will be completely customized to your product, going over how you would like your product to sit in the box and the materials used for the insert in the lid and base of the box. Past inserts have been die-cut foam pieces, vacuum form inserts, Velcro pads, and more.
